Amanda was an incredible wedding planner from start to finish! The planning guides she provided were absolutely amazing and made the entire process feel organized and manageable. She was always on top of everything and quick to answer any questions I had along the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to lift a finger, everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. It truly felt like a dream. I can’t recommend her enough for your big day!!

I am completely obsessed with how our wedding day turned out, and so much of that is because of Amanda and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Amanda was thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. In the days leading up to the wedding, she communicated seamlessly with our vendors, stayed on top of every detail, and made us feel completely calm and taken care of. She even helped coordinate an extra hour of dancing, which ended up being one of the highlights of the entire night! On the wedding day, everything ran beautifully. Amanda and her team handled every moving piece behind the scenes, kept the timeline on track, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Amanda was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. As someone who is extremely indecisive and had no experience with weddings, I was overwhelmed by all the decisions that needed to be made. Not only was Amanda so fun to talk to and work with, but she made everything so much easier. She helped us stay on budget, make decisions, and bring our vision to life in a way that was even better than I imagined. On the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. We booked Amanda Blue Events for their day-of wedding coordination services and have absolutely ZERO regrets!! Our coordinator was Amanda herself (owner and senior coordinator) -- from our very first meeting with her, we could tell how organized, responsible, and professional she is and knew that we wanted to work with her. She also has experience with multicultural weddings which was important to us. We were a little naive to how much the wedding planning process entails. But when the time came, Amanda jumped in without missing a beat and executed flawlessly. Her planning sheets anticipate all the small details that we weren't even thinking about. She took SO much stress off of our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. Our wedding day ran so smoothly because of Alexa!! I didn’t have to worry about anything at all the day of because she took care of everything and knew exactly what we wanted. Throughout the whole planning process, she was communicative and responsive. I absolutely loved their planning guide. It was so detailed and I knew exactly what needed to be done when. It actually kind of made wedding planning fun amid the stress. I honestly can’t imagine the day going anymore perfectly and it was because of Alexa’s hard work, attention to detail, and dedication!
