What is Encalio?
Encalio is a connected platform for planning, promoting, operating, attending, and remembering events.
Organizers can discover and compare venues and vendors, create event and RSVP pages, manage guests, design seating layouts, coordinate bookings, sell and scan tickets, communicate with participants, and preserve memories in shared galleries.
Venues and vendors can present their services, packages, pricing, availability, and work; respond to opportunities; manage customer relationships; and grow their businesses. Basic listings and connections remain free, while optional tools provide expanded presentation, automation, promotion, and business-management capabilities.
From weddings and private celebrations to conferences, festivals, concerts, and community events, Encalio brings the people and tools involved into one organized experience.
A practical perspective
Who we are
Encalio is owned and operated by Western Horizon Technologies, Inc., a Texas technology company based in Lockhart.
We are a small, hands-on team with firsthand experience running businesses, serving customers, and dealing with the expense and complexity of online marketing. We believe technology should be understandable, pricing should be transparent, and useful business tools should be accessible to organizations of every size.
That practical perspective shapes how we build Encalio: listen to the people doing the work, solve real problems, and make each part of the event experience easier to manage.
The problem we are solving
Why we built Encalio
Planning an event too often requires a collection of disconnected directories, spreadsheets, email threads, RSVP tools, seating applications, payment systems, ticketing services, and photo galleries. Information is duplicated, decisions lose context, costs become difficult to compare, and participants work from different versions of the plan.
Venues and vendors face a related problem. Many platforms require expensive advertising, charge for access to leads, limit what businesses can present, or make visibility depend on an ongoing subscription.
We built Encalio to provide a better alternative: one transparent platform where organizers can plan confidently, vendors can be discovered without paying simply to remain visible, and guests can move easily from invitation or ticket to directions, seating, event updates, and shared memories.
Our goal is to create a more level playing field for businesses while giving organizers a simpler, more complete way to bring people together.
