A verified business check mark means Encalio has approved the vendor listing after a Google Business Profile ownership match or staff review of a submitted public business profile. It confirms the listing is tied to that business, but organizers should still review availability, quotes, terms, insurance, and event-specific details before booking.
Public vendor pages show helpful badges and scores. Private review notes, admin notes, moderation details, and sensitive payment or dispute history stay private unless Encalio approves a public policy for them.
Vendors can see their trust score, public badges, and private improvement checklist in the vendor hub, then refresh their snapshot after updating their profile, offerings, terms, reviews, or inquiry response behavior.
