Since our full-production launch, we've been making it easier for customers to discover you, see what makes your business special, and move from an inquiry to a well-organized event. Here's what's changed.

Your business, easier to find

City browsing now includes vendors who serve that city or are within 100 miles by default. Expanded Texas city and ZIP coverage, location suggestions, adjustable distance searches and clearer match explanations help customers discover nearby businesses — even across city lines. We've also improved public search visibility, indexing and listing accuracy.

Photos that put your business first

Your primary search photo now gets the spotlight, with smaller photos underneath. Choose the photos and order that represent you best. Responsive, resized images and faster pages make browsing smoother on phones and desktops. Unclaimed listings can show sourced business photos, and claiming puts profile updates in your hands.

More confidence before the first conversation

Clearer pricing and package information, business verification badges and links to supported external review sources help customers learn about you. Improved vendor profiles, availability calendars, tour-time selection and booking/tour requests give interested planners a clearer next step.

Better inquiries, follow-up and bookings

We've improved public inquiry and contact flows, unread inquiry counts, read receipts and follow-up reminders. Navigation and contract creation are clearer, while invoices, receipts and payment history stay linked when schedules are updated. Customer collaboration, shared conversations, approvals and event-planning workflows have received usability improvements too.

More flexible payments, with you in control

Set up one payment or a series of installments using custom dates or recurring daily, weekly or monthly schedules. Customers can authorize automatic Encalio payments, or you can request and record payments collected elsewhere. Reminders, limited retries and failed-payment alerts help you follow up. Set disclosed grace periods, capped late penalties and refund policies, review cancellation for non-payment, and keep a clear payment history. Both sides receive a paid-in-full notice. Ticket payment plans keep the final ticket on hold until all required payments are confirmed.

A stronger event and ticketing experience

Event templates, private-event access and preview controls, ticket management, scanner-access controls and mobile ticket workflows have been refined. Page Studio contact actions, availability calendars, custom sharing links and verified-business badges help connect your online presence to real customer actions.

Help customers compare — and see your results

Planners can compare packages, keep private decision notes and record next steps. Your results views more clearly distinguish recorded inquiries, appointments and bookings, so you can understand the activity Encalio is generating. Some reporting and website capabilities depend on your plan.

A smoother everyday experience

We've improved page speed, photo delivery, mobile layouts, accessible labels, Save controls, navigation search and help walkthroughs. Notification preferences, dismissible notices and support updates are clearer, too. These improvements make the everyday work of running your business on Encalio easier.

Your business may already be listed. Find your business in the directory, then sign in and use the claim workflow to request control of the correct profile. If you received our newsletter, you can also use the personal claim link in that email. Once verified, update your photos, location and service areas, and show planners what makes your business a great fit. A complete, accurate profile helps interested customers take the next step — don't leave that first impression to chance.
