If you want your wedding day completely screwed up, these are the guys for you! Not only do they lie non stop to your face, the owner, Jeremy, threw a tantrum while I was sobbing on the phone looking for our tent that was now a DAY LATE. They put us so far behind I was late for makeup and pictures, and I had a puffy face from crying. They also lied about refunding the day that we didn’t even have the tent, and they sure as heck didn’t try to make it right in anyway. They are terrible thru and thru. Avoid at all cost! Long version: I personally went in to rent the two tents, a large one 60x90 and a smaller one to go over the band stand. I made sure they understood we needed the tent on Friday for the rehearsal dinner, as well as all the tables and chairs, and table clothes. The plan was for it to be there early Friday (8am) so we could get it decorated for rehearsal dinner. They called me one week out and asked if it was okay to bring it later.. I asked how much later and REMINDED them

The only reason it deserves a one star is because the two ladies that tried to help us were amazing. We went months before our wedding to pick out table cloths. Abilene is very limited. Let’s just say. They have some nice ones that we chose in advance.We were told that we needed to place an order a month before our wedding. Everything was in place and ready to go for when we Called to pay. We called a month our wedding and paid for the tablecloths. We were told they would definitely be in before the wedding and it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, the day before the wedding we go to pick up the tablecloths and they’re nowhere to be found. A different woman was in the front and she had no idea what was going on and no idea how to help us. She could not give us any info at all. Which is not her fault. She tried as hard as she co

They were 12 hours late with our tent for our daughter's wedding and they didn't get it fully set up until the next day, almost 28 hours after the agreed and PAID for time. They lied to us about the tent being on the way, only to finally admit it was still set up at another event. They were not apologetic, instead the owner, Jeremy, took a very defensive stance, even threatening at one point to cancel the rental. They finally show up during our rehearsal dinner with only two guys to set up a 60x90 tent and unload 150 chairs and several tables. They couldn't get it done, so I had to help with my own equipment. The owner never offered to come out and help or do anything to make this right. He also said he would refund $800 for the missed day, but never did. The total bill was $4200 for a day late, ripped, and dirty tent, and dirty chairs, our friends and family had to scramble to wipe down. My wife cried most of the night, didn't sleep, and instead of having a relaxing day with our daugh

Great place for your rental needs. They have a good assortment of eqiupment and trailers and lifts. They are very accomodating and fast to respond. They take Good care of their equipment and are excellent about making sure the customer is taken care off. Will continue to use them.
