I had my daughter’s 1st Birthday here back in August and everything was absolutely perfect! The owner was amazing and helpful through out the entire process, she paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend for any event!

Super unorganized and unprofessional. We paid extra for them to “coordinate” the wedding, and instead they made things worse. Throughout the event, staff members were texting and laughing on their phones. My bridesmaids had to remind them of the itinerary because they were not paying attention. At one point she asked to see my itinerary because she lost hers (which was printed and laminated for her). They claim to have “connections” for services (such as the DJ), but it was clear those vendors were able to get away with providing poor service because of that relationship. At one point (mid dance session) the DJ and multiple staff members were in the back laughing and conversing while our wedding was running behind schedule. Their attempts to “help” only caused more problems. They damaged my belongings, including my stitchy gun and my second dress!!! I had my bridal shower and wedding in this venue and everything was exceptional. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline and due dates were easy to follow. For my bridal shower, I chose the brunch option, and it was delicious. The chef and his staff were amazing. My guests were very delighted with the food. Elizabeth and Edith did an excellent job with the decorations as well. Montebello is such a beautiful and unique venue, and I had no doubt it would be perfect for our outdoor wedding. They brought my vision to reality and helped me in any detail, no matter how small. On the day of the wedding, the staff was attentive, friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The table settings were gorgeous, the outdoor bar was beautiful, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. It was a beautiful venue. Only complaint was no baby changing station. Other than that - beautiful night!
