Fantastic service end to end! Suzy is a great project manager with helping us for our wedding. Every time we called after our initial booking, she was our foundation for ensuring any question/additions we needed were handled. Such a pleasant person to talk to and truly has a knack for customer service. Even the guys setting up on the day of the event were friendly and handled business. You could tell Suzy was communicative with them and our preferences were relayed. Hats off to the main guy leading the tent set up. He noticed the initial walls needed more sprucing up and he took the lead to getting newer ones brought it and set them up by himself the next day. We didnt even ask, but he had it covered! Even mopped the dance floor after he laid it. Appreciate it the team. Would absolutely recommend for any your events. Thanks guys.

These people at 5Star did an amazing job they worked with us during Easter weekend because of the weather we didn't know which day we would jave the event on. I have rented a few times from them very nice people to work with. The bouncy j house was hugh the kiddos lived it and the snow cone machine was a hit
