Called in to pay off the remaining balance 4 weeks before my sons party. But to my surprise two days before his party, I get a call from the facility saying that I still had a remaining balance of over $100. WHAT?!?! Supposedly the guy that answered the phone that day, and “took” my payment, forgot and never ran my card. And for 4 weeks, I’ve thought that the balance was paid off. Needless to say, we will NOT be using their services now, nor in the future. Also, receipts are not given unless the customer requests one. So please do yourself a favor, and always request a receipt!!

I havent rented from there but i went to an event that rented them and one of the workers pushed my daughter and told her no no no when she tried ro go in a bounce house. We waited in line for over 30 min so i told my kids to forget about it

I haven't actually gotten to rent it yet so low rating for now they don't actually have a store. They have a sticker with their number on jumpin' land so I am having trouble reserving anything

Stood in the cold for 30 minutes only to have them say they just gave the last ride. 50 people in line turned away. Abhorrent service.
