I had a great experience at Zale’s! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to work within my price range without making me feel pressured. Cynthia Torres was especially helpful in picking out an engagement ring using a few photos I had of my girlfriend, soon-to-be fiancée. She was kind, patient, and made the whole process enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant shopping experience!

Horrible experience!! Do not shop here! We purchased some jewelry in December and we ended up returning it. Instead of refunding me to original form of payment they asked me for the Zales Credit card so I get the one I had in my purse and got refunded to that card. I saw later on that we were still being charged even after doing the returns. I looked into it further and realized that I used my personal Zales card and they refunded me to my account instead of my husband’s. When I called Zales to let them know they said for me to go into the store so they could fix it. Mind you this is in January. They call the Credit card company and they can’t do anything. What I don’t understand is why they just didn’t recharge me and refund me to the correct credit card!!! I was told that for the inconvenience that the manager would issue me a gift card for future use. I went several different times and there was always and excuse (it was after 5, it was a weekend, Georgina had to be there or Cyndi,
