What a joke! These renters for 1 took our deposit for a moon jump rental scheduled today, weeks in advance. & today, the day of the party, they are not answering my phone calls to confirm delivery. We booked with Space Jump Rentals because they had the Moon jump best associated with our birthday party theme and they stole our money and aren’t returning calls. WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Save your money & go somewhere else with good servicing people who are trust worthy.

We had ask for a 15x15 and when they set up it was a 13x13. I called to get 15x15 but the men told me that they are measured from the motor out. If you look at the pic, its the jumping area. Have 4 Kids and I know how a 15x 15 looks like. Stilled got charged for 15x15 Priced at $90. I would cancel but would not have a Moonjump for kidos. Not only that but they got metal stakes I use for my tents without asking. Had to go and buy new one because they used them for there moonjump. Good thing I got cameras.

I like the prices and all and lots to choose from good service is .The only thing is there always busy and on the run, they'll make you wait on them if they have to.
