Well, it could be a long story, but I won't bore you with too many details. My father, who recently passed had given me a limited edition Rolex. I took it to a certified Rolex repair shop in Austin, and it hasn't worked since! (Over 5 years) When he passed, I wanted to wear it in his honor, and I discovered Frank Lendvai! What a FIND! Right here in my backyard off of Rayford I discovered Regal Jewelers. Frank explained his EXTENSIVE training at some of the most prestigious watch companies in the world, but his passion for watches is what closed me. Literally, less than 72 hours later, I had a perfectly working Rolex that looked new! The cost was almost obscene it was so reasonable, and the service, commitment to perfection, and joy Frank has when he sees the joy in the eyes of his clients: Priceless. BTW, he even sends photos to you as he is doing the work!!!

I had the best experience at Regal Jewelers when redesigning my wedding ring set. Frank and the whole staff were a pleasure to work with. Frank knew exactly what I was wanting and delivered the most beautiful rings. I plan on going back for any of my jewelry needs and just to say hi.

Look no further for special jewelry, watches or watch repairs, especially Rolex and especially vintage watches you may have acquired, are beautiful, but not working. Don’t leave them in the drawer! I’ve searched and searched to repair a vintage 1939 Rolex rose gold dress watch which is of course not waterproof that I bought 20 years ago in England. (I jumped in a pool wearing it by accident and it was damaged beyond repair, or so I thought.) Rusty mechanics and stained rusty face. I was told it could not be fixed by a jeweler So left it in a drawer. I was heart broken. Came upon Mr Frank and team thru research and guilt and I am so grateful it has been repaired and restored to its former glory. It looks beautiful considering it’s 80 years old and working like a charm now! Such a special watch to me and I am thrilled. Frank is highly trained (in Switzerland) and highly skilled with years of experience, a lovely gentleman and it’s clear he loves anything watches and jewelry. I love watch

I had my wedding ring redesigned after my original one broke. They were wonderful in helping me choose the best option for my budget and taste. I picked it up today and I am thrilled with the results! They were not pushy and respected my budget limits and even fixed my husband's bracelet for no charge. They do all the work "in house" so fast turnaround time. I like to support small businesses and this one did not disappoint!!
