This was not a great experience. I had to have a watch band adjusted for a brand new Citizen watch. They have pictures of watches all over. Expensive watches. The impression is that they know how to work with watches. The shop I normally go to in Richmond did this last time in 5 minutes with a special tool. I have the same tool that I use for my "cheap" watches. The guy at this shop was using a small hammer for 30 minutes. Yes I timed it. 30 minutes he was beating on the pin and after 15 I started getting impatient. I asked the girl behind the counter what the problem was and that this should be a simple thing. She checks and says "well, different shops do things differently". The translation for this is that the other shop I go to has the correct tools for the job. After 30 minutes, they bring the watch out and the bag full of extra band pieces and pins. Sure enough, they bent one of the pins from beating the crap out of it. This watch is literally brand new. I wanted to have a custom ring made. Went to the store and talked with Veronica and Anishka. We sat down and designed the ring. Three weeks later, the ring arrived and could not ask for a better ring and quality. While there, I minus well go ahead and get the watch I wanted. Thank you ladies, really appreciate y’all

This was my first time visiting and the hospitality was AMAZING. I wish I knew the names two women who was working in there who helped me look around at the different ring options. I also brought along my 9 year old Son and they gave him a bag of back to school supplies which was totally unexpected and so nice. I was taken back by there thoughtfulness. They also had free beverages as well. I got my ankle bracelet and my neck less cleaned as well for no charge. I will definitely be back. This is how business should be. Thank you again ladies.

Great experience again working with Dixon Jewelers. I have been coming to them for appraisals, maintenance and new pieces for the last 25 years. This time we worked with Long who was incredibly knowledgable and gave us options to upgrade my wedding set. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We left with the most GORGEOUS 2 carat diamond solitaire ring. Happy with our purchase and experience. Highly recommend!
