This was not a great experience. I had to have a watch band adjusted for a brand new Citizen watch. They have pictures of watches all over. Expensive watches. The impression is that they know how to work with watches. The shop I normally go to in Richmond did this last time in 5 minutes with a special tool. I have the same tool that I use for my "cheap" watches. The guy at this shop was using a small hammer for 30 minutes. Yes I timed it. 30 minutes he was beating on the pin and after 15 I started getting impatient. I asked the girl behind the counter what the problem was and that this should be a simple thing. She checks and says "well, different shops do things differently". The translation for this is that the other shop I go to has the correct tools for the job. After 30 minutes, they bring the watch out and the bag full of extra band pieces and pins. Sure enough, they bent one of the pins from beating the crap out of it. This watch is literally brand new. I've had
