Everyone was sooo helpful with helping us look for rings! I’d like to thank Ms. Allison for helping me try on the rings and Ms. Regina for her suggestions as well! Especially the Amethyst rings! Also would like to thank Mr. Tim for helping us with getting our sizes! If you’re looking for an engagement ring, wedding ring, chains or even necklaces they have everything you need. They’ll also be more than ready to help you! Stop by you guys!

My fiancé and I decided to get our wedding bands from here and at first we had a great experience with Cheri. She was very kind, patient, and sweet. She answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advice. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received when I went to pick up my order from Regina. When I arrived, the door was locked, which I understand it was for safety. I asked if they were closed and she responded in a rude way. When I told her I was there to pick up my rings, she did not tell me where to wait or what to do, so I followed her to the counter where she was grabbing the ring’s from. She then told me that I didn’t need to keep following her around and chuckled which was also rude and disrespectful. She did not ask if everything looked good, although she did ask if I wanted to look at mine and try it on, but did not offer to put them back in the bags. I had to do that myself. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, which should not ha

Alison is the best! She made everything so easy and smooth as I hoped to find an immediate birthday gift. I made one call to the store, she knew exactly what I was looking for and my purchase was final. The store is appealing and great customer service all around! I certainly recommend this store!!!
