Brought my Movado in for a new battery. I did this also in late 2022. Both times they were fast, affordable and attentive. They cleaned it, were slow and methodical about how they went about the work. I value that. They also polished up the band and Crystal. A hand-press was used to re-seat the back case on the body of the watch. I'll be back.....you should too.

Incredible service. Got my watch battery replaced for a fair price, and while there I got a loose stone tightened and steamed all in 30 or so minutes. Kind and helpful and quick plus the fair price makes this place one of the best in the area for quick and simple fixes.

In surprised with the high rating because not once, not twice, but now three times my engagement ring has gone in for sizing and it’s wrong every single time. I’ll admit, my fiance didn’t listen to me on the size the second time, and went a half size bigger but joke was on us, it wasn’t even the size he said. Then, the third time, I personally went in and tried on several different ring sizers over and over again and decided on a size….. got my ring back and it’s smaller than it was supposed to be sized to! Yes, I gave wiggle room in the event I am swollen or what not, and I cannot even get it on without someone helping me. So frustrating been engaged since may and have had my ring maybe a month in total because it’s been at alliance jewelry non stop
