Urban Cowboy Catering was a fantastic catering company to work with. From the tasting appointment to the actual event, Chris and Jose were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to allow the day to run smoothly. Chris suggested we use a day-of coordinator, and she was a great addition. Magdalena was so helpful with making sure everything went according to plan and allowed my wife and me to focus on enjoying the day. The food was delicious! We had a grazing table, and the guac cart for appetizers, and avocado salmon, queso chicken, or braised short rib for dinner. Every choice was good, and our guests raved about how delicious everything was. The bartending service was excellent, too! We were able to rent a photo booth through them as well, and that was a big hit! It kept the kids occupied all night, and I think we broke the record with how many pictures we took. Overall, Urban Cowboy Catering is the way to go as far as catering, etc., for wedding ceremonies

When I tell you that Urban Cowboy is the best I truly truly mean it. I got married on 10.27.23 and throughout the entire process Chris and his team were professional, supportive and just genuinely wonderful. We had over 150 people who are foodies in their own right who left full and happy, raving about the selections. During the wedding Chris made sure my husband and I were fed, enjoyed our signature drinks and had leftovers to take home. He just cared so well for us and our guests in a way that felt like family. Chris and team catered our cocktail hour, grazing board, dinner and late night snack of custom tacos and hot sauce just for me and we were CLEANED OUT. If you want someone who knows the industry, can make your vision come to life wnd who is a creative culinary powerhouse, Chris and team are for you. Hire Urban Cowboy. We hired Urban Cowboy for a Graduation party for 150. We were beyond happy with our decision to go with them. The team members who arrived to assemble the charcuterie grazing board, we're on time, super professional and left us with a gorgeous piece of art. This table was over the top and such an incredible centerpiece of the party. There was wonderful variety, and surprises like dragon fruit. This display stole the show! Thank you so much for providing an incredible grazing board for the graduation party for our daughters.

I host multiple events a month and Urban Cowboy Catering has been so easy to work with! I've worked with them on two different style of events and they made planning for both events stress-free. They were very accommodating to changes to our original order and helped us achieve the vision we hoped for these events. Their team is very friendly as well. We've received great feedback after each event on delicious the food was. We will definitely be using them more in 2026!

Our nonprofit agency used Urban Cowboy for catering and bartending for an event with 400 attendees. Chris and his team were easy to work with before the event and did an amazing job during it. This event is busy to say the least, and guests expect a high level of service, which Urban Cowboy delivered. They got 400 guests through the buffet lines in half an hour! I can't overstate how wonderful our experience was!
