Sugar City planned, coordinated, and catered our April 2025 wedding at the Hall of State and was an absolute dream to work with! Carron and her team made our vision come to life (which we planned with her long distance from Baltimore), and we are so happy with how everything turned out. In addition to the catering, Sugar City did our flowers, cakes, and booked our DJ through Dallas Light and Sound. Carron met with me and my husband multiple times during the year leading up to our wedding, both in person and virtually, to discuss everything from the menu to décor, florals, DJ, lighting, and draping. Carron is both creative and detail oriented, and she listened to what we wanted and executed it with perfection. Carron’s daughter, Shelbi, was our day-of coordinator and took great care of us, keeping everything on schedule and fun. We used Sugar City Celebrations for our wedding 12/20/25 and were SO pleased! They did an outstanding job working with our requests and dietary restrictions. We are so thankful for Carron and all of the time she spent working with us on creating the perfect menu. They did the food, bars, and our cake. Everything was absolutely wonderful and the guests raved about how tasty the food was!! We are so grateful and highly recommend!!

AMAZING! I have no other words for what Carron and her staff at Sugar City did for our wedding at the Hall of State. We used Sugar City for just about everything for our December wedding from catering, cake, flowers, ceremony set up, room flip, decor, and take down/clean up. She also helped us coordinate with our DJ and lighting. Words can't describe how great Carron, her husband, and entire staff were. I had a very specific look in mind when dreaming of our wedding and Carron made it all come to life. We were able to meet with her in person several times throughout the planning process and go over every detail for the decor and menu. Carron helped me make decisions and truly has an eye for detail. I wanted a classic look and she did just that and made it absolutely beautiful. I was able to enjoy every moment on my wedding day! Highly Recommend! Look no further, this is the vender for you! Sugar city was a dream to work with and we’re so kind, creative and easy to work with. We have only positive things to say. Carron and her husband are the best and made our wedding catering experience so relaxing. They did our appetizers, cake, dessert bar and plated dinner and it was all BEYOND delicious! and the set up Carron did was beautiful and matched our wedding perfectly. There is a lot of love in their food and you will not be disappointed. They took amazing care of us and they really care about making your special day go smooth! I definitely recommend having one vender doing all of your food and these are the people to do it! Everything went so smooth and people were raving about the food! I would definitely work with them again for all of my catered events!

Carron made our Hall of State wedding reception glamorous while keeping the planning easy and fun. She created a timeline that flowed smoothly from dinner to speeches to dancing. It allowed for a fun and silly dance floor while also dividing the evening up enough that we had moments to pause and take it all in. The food was delicious, the flowers were beautiful, and all of Carron's staff were incredibly kind and professional. We love Sugar City!
