We had a wedding here for my new Brother-in-Law, and it was absolutely gorgeous. There is large space for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in their own suite, and a large bathroom for the men to get ready in. The kitchen area has an industrial sink, refrigerator, and food warmer. The refrigerator is huge, and can accommodate anything you would need to store in there for a large wedding, including a 5 tier wedding cake if you needed. There are outdoor spaces for mingling, and even a fire pit. Outdoor lighting is gorgeous, with a large chandelier out front where there are huge spools for cocktail hour, and outdoor string lights above the mingling areas. Just beautiful. And right on the river! Also, the couple that owns this venue are literally heaven sent. They are so sweet and appreciative of people who respect their property. If this place was staying open, it is closing after the first of the yr, I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were told we could reschedule our date 1 time if needed no cost. My daughter calls to see if we can reschedule after the first of the yr. Her guy is in the military in Japan and doesn't know if he will be able to come on this yr. We already pd the 800 dollar deposit signed the contact and called to reschedule at some time next yr and couldn't. Due to unforseen circumstances they will be closed at the end of the yr. We asked for m I ney back or at least some of it. She told us no. She wants ppl to understand about her circumstances but not interested in ours circumstances that he is military and dont know when he will be in next. So the 800 dollars that was paid to her she will not refund anything. I hope the lady can live with that on her conscience not being a bit flexible with circumstances. Cold hearted woman if you ask me.

Having my wedding here in October. Great scenery right along the sabine river. New management is very helpful & was kind enough to let me have one of her reservations packages. Paid under old management for a 1 day package & was told could only set up day of our wedding. The new manager's reservation for 2 days was nearly the same cost for the 1 day I paid for & we will be able to set up the day before. Looking forward to the big day!

Regina and her hubby are so wonderful, they were so kind and patient with us, Regina was beyond helpful in alllll things, I highly, highly recommend them for any and all venue needs ❤️ the venue is spacious, the dressing areas are beautiful and the land is beautiful, the kitchen, the patios, and oh the beautiful river flowing! Can’t say enough, I’d add pics if I can figure out how lol

Yes, venue is a pretty place to have a wedding/ event but when renting out please be out and have everything ready before or on time. Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional Infront of kids and helpful guests. She barked orders and cussed Infront of kids. We were unfortunately left with cleaning up and we're not informed on how to do everything or time( by bride or groom). Instead of being understanding the owner basically lashed out on us who were left to clean. By making rude remarks or grabbing broom from a 12 year old hands. A guest who was just helping clean heard her say she was never renting to Mexicans again. Between gathering everything and cleaning we were trying to hurry and get out of there but it looked like she kept looking for something to complain about. I understand places like that take a lot of money to start and maintain but nothing was broken or lost. If we had left all the mess and trash I understand why she would be mad but we were cleaning and packing up so
