Made an appointment the day before at 4pm. I show up at 3:50, place is locked up. Someone finally shows up at 4:20. Told the lady that we had made the appointment, she starts texting someone says she doesn’t have us down. So I ask is anyone else coming in? Was told no and couldn’t work us in. Won’t be coming back!!!! And thanks for wasting my time!!!!!!

Walk ins welcome is a lie. I literally walked in with no one in the building besides myself and the 2 hairstylists. One of the hairstylist was talking to the other and clearly stated that her appointment at 1:30 wasn't going to arrive till 2pm and the other hairstylist echoed same. (30 min gap time for both). And than I was told "the two of us are booked for the day you'll have to wait for the girl that shows up at 2pm. There is a 30 min gap time right now and you choose not to attend me. I understand appointments believe me, I have appointments all the time with clients but I also understand that, if I a client walked into my office and I had a sign that read "walk ins welcomed" I'd honor the sign knowing my next appointment isn't until 30 min later. My walk in at that point takes priority over my appointment. Obviously if my appointment and a walk in showed up at the same exact time than the appointment takes priority. Unprofessional Horrible Customer Service
