Ballroom Glass Wall Ceremony A 40’ wall of glass with natural vines provides the perfect backdrop to bring the outdoors in, while saying your I Do’s in the comfort of a climate-controlled space.
Ballroom Cocktail Hours As the sun sets to the right, enjoy an al fresco cocktail hour in an idyllic setting, while our bartenders serve cool drinks and our chefs delight you with savory bites.
Farmstead Receptions The Farmstead is our largest space on the property and can easily accommodate guests up to 300 in a cocktail party format. Or 100 for space for dinner and dancing. Dance the night away under our unique lights, rain or shine. Can be open-aired or enclosed based on the season.

Barr Mansion is one of the most beautiful venues in town. The mansion itself is a lovely Victorian, meticulously restored. The Ballroom is a gorgeous open venue perfect for dancing or any kind of party. The food is always terrific. The gardens are superb, offering dozens of spots for beautiful photos. Every angle is pretty Bonus: Everything is totally organic! That means you can eat that (organic artisan) cracker you dropped in the grass, and your kids can play without fear of being poisoned by herbicides. I love having the chance to go to the Barr.

Barr Mansion was the first wedding venue we toured and I instantly fell in love! The property is breathtaking and was everything I envisioned for my fairytale wedding. Zach, the venue manager, was fantastic to work with. He was very professional, helpful, and responsive.The food and drinks were a 10/10! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was! We truly could not have picked a more perfect venue!

We got married in Novemeb and the property was breathtakingly beautiful—elegant, romantic, and impeccably maintained. From the moment our guests arrived, they were in awe of the setting, and we received countless compliments on how stunning everything was. The food was truly exceptional. It was not only delicious, but thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented—far beyond typical “wedding food.” Our guests are still talking about how amazing the meal was, which says everything. We cannot say enough about our experience at Barr Mansion. Upon seeing the venue, it was obvious that the grounds itself would be a stunning and welcoming place for us and our guests on our wedding day. However, we didn’t realize how much it would also serve as a safe and welcoming space for us throughout the wedding planning process. Working with Zach was such a pleasure, and he made the process so seamless and enjoyable for us. He was patient, responsive, and conscious about personalizing our experience in the months leading up to our wedding and on the day of. He was very detailed in all of our meetings and made sure that we were confident in the decisions we were making; he gave us space to ask questions and to also change our minds later on, which took off a lot of pressure to make the “correct” decision right when he asked us. After touring 15 venues, it was an easy choice to pick Barr Mansion and we're so glad we did! The venue is unique, peaceful, private and beautiful and Zach and his team provide top-notch service. They all made the planning process easy and fun, our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more thanks to this venue and their staff! They went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and were a dream to work with, highly recommend!
