Be very careful buying anything here. I purchased a “gold” necklace for my wife here that was stamped 10k. Few years later we went to sell it and had it tested and it didn’t test at even 8. Most likely Turkish gold. Very misleading and way over priced for that product. Very disappointing, so learn from my mistake.

I had an amazing experience with Zales creating my custom wedding band. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish, which made such a big difference during an already busy time. The ring turned out even better than I imagined, absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. A huge thank you to Marc, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Zales for anyone looking for a custom piece, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff is always very polite and knowledgeable. They do very good custom jobs and I have zero complaints with my entire experience. I went into there completely blind and left feeling good about everything.

They are so ready to take your money for purchase but when you come back to pick up service is slow and the main person the girl with black hair assume she is the manager. Needs to get better customer service. They should have a pick up line or give numbers out to see who is next. Instead of asking who is next, came to pick up and have been waiting now 15 minutes to pick up something I already paid for (not on zales account). Don’t shop here unless you have time to wait around all day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t shop at this store. In addition this is how they gave me the purchase, it’s a gift, is it too much to add tissue paper, seems like they are not into customer service at all. Do better Zales!!! Last time I will go there

The staff here are absolutely amazing, i've been a customer here for many years and they have helped me with so much. At my last visit I was devastated about a missing stone in my wedding set but Jay and Kim assured me that everything would alright and really helped me feel more comfortable with sending it out. When I picked up it looked brand new like the day we got it all those years ago. I will always be a happy customer of Zales!
