Worth the wait and worth the hype - this is hands down the best BBQ I've ever had. I finally stopped by and ordered the 2-meat plate with fall-off-the-bone ribs and brisket both lean and wet. Incredible flavor. My wife had the turkey and jalapeno cheese sausage, which takes 3 days to make and its was incredible. Texas twinkies - they are a must! Loved it so much we went back the next week. I had the 4-rib plate and my wife got the stuffed baker with pulled pork. Everything was phenomenal. You'll become a regular after the first stop, and those beans...man!

I visited Burns Bbq & Catering Co. in Greenville, Texas this week for lunch. I have followed their page for a while but have not made the time to visit until now. I ordered a variety of the meats that are available on weekdays as well as one side. The staff was friendly, their process was fast and the space was clean for a food truck in a grass and gravel parking lot. Brisket: I ordered sliced with a portion of lean as well as moist. Ordering to go means your meat portions are wrapped in foil and placed in a bag which can make it meld together vs being served on a platter or in a container with open air space. I tried a piece from each portion and it had good flavor. Turkey breast: this was moist and had a small drizzle of sauce that complimented the turkey very well. Jalapeño cheese sausage: smooth grind with small pieces of pepper and cheese, this was great. Pork belly burnt ends: these were tougher than I would have liked but the flavor was good. Pork spare ribs: great crust

The ribs were incredibly tender and truly fell off the bone, and the brisket was the juiciest I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection with outstanding flavor. Overall, an exceptional experience this place is a solid 10/10 and easily one of the best I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

I dont do this, but food was best bbq iv ever had! Ribs off the chain! Great brisket. And the poppers to die for. We drank and played corn hole till our food was ready. My family will be back. Keep up the good job guys!

I go to Burns BBQ & Catering way more than I probably should 🥴 but honestly consistency like this is hard to find. Every single time I go the food tastes exactly the same in the best way possible. That flavor does not miss. It is always fresh always seasoned right and always cooked like they actually care about what they are serving. The meat is tender juicy and full of that real smoked flavor you expect from true Texas BBQ. No shortcuts and no off days. Whether it is brisket ribs or sausage everything is on point every time. Even the sides hold their own which a lot of BBQ spots cannot say. At this point it is not even a question of where I should go eat because Burns has already set the standard. If you have not been yet trust me this might be the last BBQ spot you ever need to try 😩 once you go everywhere else just does not hit the same.
