Ordered the cake since Friday 8:15 am for pick up Tuesday 2 pm. When I arrived, the cake was at a table with the top inner arch facing the wall. As the lady picked it up to box it, she maneuvered it where I could only see the bottom lettering and top. Went straight home, secured to my daughters laps the whole 10 minute drive. My home is 10 minutes away. Got home and it went straight to the fridge. It’s 5:30 and I take the cake out of the box and placed it in front on my birthday daughter. She immediately says, hey mom, this part is sliding off. The icing was coming off. The cake was a little to wet for our taste, it was a vanilla cake. Cake tasted good, I was just not very happy with the quality. My daughter won’t turn 17 again, I wanted something special. Just bummed out. $40

Excellent customer service. Aide helped me when I was inquiring about wedding cakes, super friendly lady from the moment I stepped in the building. Warm greeting. I was shown examples of cakes and was given guidance, ideas, opinions, and the most important part is I got to taste a few of their cakes to decide on a flavor. I loved the vanilla with pineapple one. Never tasted a cake so good. All my questions were answered. Friendly, smiling customer service. Great inviting atmosphere of what a cake shop is. Very happy customer here! Thanks Aide, you exceeded my expectations. 😊
