STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented a Skid Steer with a Brush Hog and a Bucket for seven (7) days. The equipment broke down repeatedly on a daily. It was defective and extremely dangerous.The company was NOT interested in making things right and threatened additional charges! In short, all they want is money! Not customer service or safety! Never again!

I rented a drain auger and 75’ foot of reach. On all the augers I have rented in the past, this one was missing the thumb screw. When calling about the thumb screw I was told that I would have to talk to the service guy and he was out at the moment, she would have him call me. Never heard from him…. Not a good practice. I had the knowledge to use this and expected to be done by noon, that one small screw did us in until I got fed up with this inadequate process and my help had raw palms from the cable casing trying to control the wobbly casing, thus we didn’t give but eventually had to as the help never came and I never got a phone call either. Oh and by the way, for a hundred foot it cost $80 a day and that of 75’ was $70 a day, we were unable to use the full length because it was uncontrollable as it was missing the thumb screw. I paid the bill but because of the poor service I will go to the rental in Weatherford on Garret Morris Pkwy. I will not be recommending anyone to visit this

I rented a track loader from Mineral Wells Rent-All this last weekend, Clay was the fellow that helped me. SUPER friendly and helpful ! Delivered the machine to me (because it is bigger that my little pickup can haul) and picked up for a reasonable fee, also the daily rate for the machine was less than others quoted for a smaller machine. 5 star service oily because I can not do 10! Support local business - its good for al of us.

Store is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are reasonable and they work with you when having to keep an item longer than anticipated.

I like this community rental company. Their equipment is not beat up, they answer the phone and are very helpful. I drive from Eastland County to use these guys.
