I am so grateful that I chose Diamonds & Designs for my wedding ring. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and the level of care and attention I received was unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. Because they work by appointment only, you never feel rushed. They take the time to understand exactly what you want and make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. I decided to have my wedding ring made in solid 14k gold. Since gold is a softer metal, I needed to have the prongs adjusted a few times over the years. Every time, Dan gladly fixed and polished my ring at no charge and always made sure it looked beautiful before I left. When I recently told him that I was moving and was worried about not having him nearby to help maintain my ring, he went above and beyond. To give me extra peace of mind, he strengthened the prongs by adding silver reinforcement at no cost. That level of kindness and customer care is hard to find these days. Da

We have had such an amazing time working with Dan. We brought in my engagement ring which was created by a big name jeweler who just completely ruined it. Several mistakes were made by them and we finally had enough. We started working with Dan to fix my ring and have had such a pleasurable experience. We ended up needing to recreate my ring from scratch given all the shotty work from the previous jeweler. This process was quick, easy & enjoyable with Dan. We will continue to use Diamonds & Designs for my fiancés band & any other jewelry we need. We really enjoyed working with Dan and suggest Diamonds & Designs to all our friends!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diamonds & Design and the incredible experience I had with them. Dan took some of my old jewelry and transformed it into something completely new and beautiful that I will cherish forever. What made it even more special was how sentimental the pieces were — they incorporated jewelry from my mother who has passed away, along with a piece my husband gave me when we were young and before we were married. Having those memories preserved in a new piece means more to me than words can express. Everyone was so kind, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to what I wanted and handled everything with such care and respect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were absolutely amazing, and I am beyond grateful for the meaningful piece they created for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler with exceptional talent and heart.

Diamonds & Designs resized and re-pronged my great grandmothers engagement ring and did such a wonderful job at a reasonable price. My great grandmother and great grandfather got married in 1931 so this ring is almost 100yrs old and needed some TLC. They polished it and re-plated the white gold, returning it to me looking brand new and as beautiful as ever! before and after photos posted!
