Came in Saturday 6/13 afternoon to drop off a pendant that I wanted to get the bail enlarged for a new chain. They did a beautiful job and I was able to pick it up Tuesday 6/16 and keep in mind they are closed Sundays and Mondays. That is amazing customer service with a quick turnaround. I would definitely recommend if you need your jewelry repaired or in the market for new jewelry! A++

I don’t write reviews often, but this experience genuinely stood out. I came in after accidentally damaging my engagement ring pretty badly. Instead of just taking the repair and moving forward, they took the time to walk me through everything honestly. They explained that while they could fix it, the ring itself was cracked and there was a real chance of ongoing issues down the road. That kind of transparency is rare. It would have been easy for them to take my money and say nothing, but they chose integrity instead. That alone earned my trust. On top of that, they handled another ring for me, polishing and reshaping it, and the turnaround was quick and the result was beautiful. You can tell they care about their work and the people they’re helping, not just the transaction. It’s not always what you want to hear as a customer, but it’s exactly what you need. I’ll always respect a business that values honesty over a quick sale, and this is absolutely one of those places.

Absolutely Incredible Service—Perfect Timing Before Our Wedding We stopped by Westbrooke Jewelers in Spring, TX this morning (9/3/25) to have our wedding rings cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They took our rings at 10:00 AM and had them cleaned and ready by 10:42 AM; done in-house, with care and lightning-fast turnaround. These are our actual wedding bands for our ceremony this Saturday, so this meant a lot to us. My silver engagement ring has been worn daily for over a year, and I hadn’t realized how dull it had become until I compared it to my wedding band, which has never been worn and has stayed in its box. After Westbrooke cleaned it, my engagement ring looked just as pristine and radiant as the untouched wedding band, it is truly stunning. My fiancé’s gold band was polished so beautifully we could literally see our reflections in it. I wish I had taken “before” photos, but the “after” speaks volumes. I’ll be attaching pictures to show just how incredible their work

Had a wonderful experience at Westbrooke Jewelers. The ring they designed with my wedding ring and a pair of diamond earrings is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would use Westbrook Jewelers for future services.
