I just want to say if u rent anything ask for Tony he's awesome he's reviews was very good everyone else was bad reviews,.. Tony set the bouncy house up clean it and sanitized it , he was very nice and polite , we got the house 30 of Dec for all day until the next day , and instead of him picking it up this morning he's going let us keep it until this afternoon. The price was good price it was $ 211.00 that's with taxes,.. I just want to say again Thank You Tony

Before I get into the experience we had with Funjump Rentals I would like to say...... I am an extremely understanding and patient person. I hardly ever get mad or angry. Being a small business owner myself I understand that we are all human and make mistakes. That being said today was the Celebration of my grandpas life. He went to Heaven on Tuesday. We contacted Tony on Wednesday about renting a tent and multiple tables and chairs. My Papa requested a celebration out on the land so we knew we would need to have shade and places to sit for our guests. We confirmed twice that everything was good to go with the owner and we would see him on Sunday at 11am. So today around 11:30am I was concerned that not only were they not there I hadn’t received a phone call. I called over and over with no answer. Then a relative picked up and wasn’t very nice and told me she would try and find him and she was sure he was on his way. Nothing for 2 hours. Finally around 1:20pm. (Our celebration started

We booked the 5 in 1 superman bounce house for my sons 7th birthday for 3 hours. There was a hole in it so i called and was given a replacement bounce house within an hour and they gave it to us for the whole day. I will never use another bounce house company again. Everyone was so polite and customer service was perfect! My son had the best day!

Kids loved their combination bounce house. Tony is very friendly. He set up the house and wiped it clean before the kids got in. Following day was President's day. He left the house there for the whole day. It made for a lot more fun for kids home from school. Will recommend to all.

Awful.... so awful. We rented an obstacle course back in September and it was filled with leaves and gross water. So disgusting. I should have called and complain but it was such a horrible experience I just wanted to be done with it. I paid close to 300 dollars for an unusable obstacle course which was DISGUSTING. It was unusable because it was so disgustingly dirty. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.
