I didn't realize how booked everything would be with holiday and graduation weekend. I reached out to Diaz party rentals on Monday and they still had a tall and large water slide available. But then realized that due to being so booked up they could not deliver before late Sat afternoon. They quickly accommodated and brought on Friday evening instead. Their price for an 18 ft waterslide was not only amazing but the customer service and set up was efficient and friendly! They really came through with quality service and rental as well as ensuring customers were served well on a busy weekend.

Called to order tables and chairs for an event. Told them this was a single day rental and equipment would need to be picked up same day as we had access to the venue for only one day. They delivered last minute and at that time confirmed they were aware pick up needed to happen that evening we were told to txt an hour before. At end of event we were told they would be out next day gaslighted about there being a mix up and requested we be informed they were in route so we could facilitate pick up. No morning communication, I had to contact them and arrived 5 minutes before the driver. Same guy as drop off who apologized for the mix up last night and told me he didn’t understand we were expecting them to pick up last night. Pluses tables and chairs were clean and worked. Deficit this company could care less about how the service customers make promised the have no intention of keeping and then blame the customer.

I am a last minute planner to say the least. I remembered hours before that I did not have a piñata for my son’s birthday. I called this business, and they were so kind. They had quite the selection of piñatas to choose from. The quality was great, and the price was even better!

My brother for HIS WEDDING rented one hundred and fifty chair covers that were supposed to be solid white. He rented several tablecloths that also we're supposed to be solid white. They had big grease stains in the majority of them some of them were white and so many were off white and dingy. He rented overlays for the tables that also had stains. When the owners were contacted and told about it and he first thing they said is no refund. They didn't offer a credit or discount. The wife was very rude upon the return of the merchandise. We will never use them again willing to pay more for a MUCH BETTER QUALITY VERY UNSATISFIED EX CUSTOMER

Amazing quality, they were so nice! The table covers were very clean and the bounce house was well priced and clean as well. Overall would definitely recommend! 11/10
