My fiancé and I had an amazing experience working with William and his daughter for my engagement ring! I knew what I wanted and we even had a stone purchased already, and William was able to deliver exactly what I had in mind. He showed us the CAD during the design process and walked us through each step and decision. Would highly recommend William and team for your custom jewelry!

I would recommend Williams to EVERYONE interested in any kind of jewelry. I searched for months and went to countless jewelry shops to find someone to make me a custom emerald ring. Everywhere I went just didn’t feel right, felt overpriced, and every single one offered me only lab grown emeralds (I wanted the real thing, not lab grown) and said what I wanted had to be made elsewhere and shipped to the store. At Williams, you explain exactly what you want, William makes it in front of you on his laptop and shows it to you and then proceeds to create it in house himself. That’s what is special about this place. It’s authentic, not flashy on the inside or outside, and very quick (only took him 2 weeks to make my ring), and priced well. I will be coming back here again and again and again for all my jewelry needs. GET YOUR JEWELRY here!! Thank you William!!

I went to a local jeweler for a setting and waited 2 weeks for the left picture. I was not happy with the experience and setting. I decided I needed to go with someone else. After calling a few places, I found that most wouldn't meet my deadline. I found William on Google and saw the high reviews. So I decided to give him a call. It was the best decision I made! He listened to our wants and designed a ring in front of us. He also suggested tweaks to our wants to make the ring more secure. It came out absolutely beautiful! It is exactly what we wanted! William and his daughter provided an amazing experience that I haven't had at other jewelry shops. They definitely saved me and I would definitely recommend him for any jewelry work! I will be using him for my future jewelry needs!

I took my Nana's Eastern Star ring and my Pawpaws Masonic ring to have them combined into one piece of jewelry. William combined the two into a beautiful pendant. William did a fantastic job with what I took him. This is the second piece of custom jewelry he has done for me. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for helping a girl out! It's almost like he put new stones in it, it's so vibrant.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My wedding ring (left image) was purchased in 2006 from a pawn shop (married at 19). 20 years later, I brought it into Williams Custom Jewelers for rhodium plating and stone replacement. I had asked what my ring could look like with an added band - long story short, I cried when he presented me with his beautiful creation (right image)! I love love love this ring even more than I did 20 years ago. So glad he could retain the original ring and enhance it so beautifully! Thank you, thank you!
