Working with Heather for our April wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Leading up to the day, her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. When rain became a concern on our wedding day, she handled everything so calmly and confidently that I never felt stressed. She helped make it possible for us to still have the outdoor ceremony we had hoped for, and everything came together beautifully. Throughout the entire experience, she made me feel supported, organized, and able to actually enjoy being engaged instead of worrying about every detail. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough and am so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special!

We worked with Heather for our April 2026 wedding at the Garey House. We used her Wedding Management package. Heather was absolutely amazing and was everything we needed to coordinate our wedding. We had constant check-ins to make sure we were staying on top of everything and getting things done in a timely manner. We said multiple times throughout the process that Heather was the biggest steal of our wedding, and we felt like we got so much help for the money we spent. On the day of, Heather was great at getting everyone where they needed to be and made sure we were able to entirely focus on our wedding. We had to move our ceremony inside due to weather, but we were not stressed at all, because we knew Heather was on top of it. Heather knows the Garey House in-and-out, and she made everything much easier. We would highly recommend Heather for any wedding, but especially if you're getting married at Garey House, book Heather!

We worked with Heather for our March 2025 wedding at the Garey House for month of planning and day of coordination. With the stress that comes with wedding planning and all the logistics, she was truly a blessing! It’s fun to think of decor and dresses, but you have to prioritize the logistics and flow of the day and she was incredible at this!! Planning a wedding is also a full time job in itself and having her industry expertise and advice throughout the process for questions was honestly priceless. She helped us organize the flow of the day, ensured we were on schedule with all events, and was the point of contact for our vendors day of and ensuring everyone was on time and where they needed to be. We partnered with her monthly for check in calls and keeping us organized. Our friends and family still tell us how smooth the day went and how well Heather coordinated everything. We’re so thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough! Honestly if I could give her 10 stars I would!
