The custom engraving on my husband's wedding band came out perfectly. Every letter was sharp and evenly spaced, exactly how I imagined it. It's those little details that make a meaningful gift even more special.

The stone is mounted crooked. The prongs are curved, not prepped to be bent flush to the stone, so it snags. Also the prongs weren't burnished, so the ends are thick, clumsy, crooked. Will have to pay, again to have it re done correctly by a professional who knows their craft. Impersonal, sloppy, and unapologetic about being late with the order.

Outstanding customer service, this place is an incredible gem in Pasadena! I would give them 10 stars if I could, and if you are ever in need of gold or platinum dipped roses, this is the absolute best place to go in the entire city. They carry a variety of colors and style, I think I just found a new place to carry my Valentine’s Day tradition. Thank you guys for being the absolute best and what you do!
