It's always an amazing experience here at Jared's. I've been dealing with Sam for the last year and he makes me feel like his only customer. I've brought in pieces that I have not purchased here but he's more than happy to offer to clean them and keep them looking their best. Always fair on pricing and have always enjoyed our banter while doing business. If you ever need anything ask for Sam while you're here you won't be disappointed

This was my first time visiting the Jared location in Corpus Christi, Texas. I went in to have some links removed from a new watch and was immediately greeted by Daylyn. I told him what I needed and he quickly measured my wrist and started working on it. He took care of it quickly and made sure that it was to my liking, offering to adjust if needed. He also took the time to set the date and time for me, as well as show me some of the other features of the watch. He was very knowledgeable and just made my over all experience here very pleasant. I will definitely be returning here in the future, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a jewelry store with a knowledgeable staff that offers great service!

Gave it two stars because the guy we had was great. However, the craftsmanship of the ring itself was terrible. My husband and I went in on February 14th to upgrade my ring, we chose a diamond and they said they’d have it set on a band no problem. The ring was ready in a week. (They have quick services due to bench jewelers who do all repairs/etc. in house). I was very disappointed the first time after picking up my NEW ring. It had so many soldering imperfections and looked scuffed all over. The setting itself was so bulky and made the diamond look like a cheapy vending machine ring. I was upset and talked with the manager about my concerns. She assured me that these issues would be fixed and that the setting would be less bulky and they would reorder another setting. A week later the ring was ready again. SAME ISSUE. It was still so bulky, set super high. And STILL so many soldering imperfections. Just looked cheap and fake. I realized they were trying to get me to like this bulkier

We had such a great experience at Jared thanks to our sales associate, Daylyn. He was extremely professional, patient, and attentive the entire time. He did an excellent job helping us with watch sizing and made sure everything fit perfectly. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this really makes a difference thank you, Daylyn, for taking such great care of us!

I had such a wonderful experience finding my wedding band. I walked in not sure what would look good with my current engagement ring. It was super busy but Laura made sure to help us as soon as possible. After meeting her, I knew we were in good hands! She found something absolutely breathtaking and perfect for me. After answering a few questions she somehow found me in a ring the FIRST try. I wish I would have hugged her. You made our day! Thank you Laura for being such a sweet and wonderful presence in what turned out to be a great day!
