Celebrated our dad’s 90th birthday at this amazing venue. Guest enjoyed live music and delicious catered food. We took advantage of the bar area for group drinks. Plus the built in cabinet and display wall helped as a beautiful back drop for family pictures and live video…. This allowed our guest to share in the memories via photos.

The venue itself is stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for the wedding. However, dealing with the management was an absolute nightmare. Communication was inconsistent—one person would promise something, only for another to refuse to honor it. Getting in touch with management was nearly impossible, often taking days to receive responses to calls or messages. On the day of setup, we were unable to access the venue at the scheduled time, my family and I called repeatedly with no answer. The contract itself is designed to make it incredibly easy for you to lose your deposit. There are light switches scattered throughout the venue with no instructions or map to indicate what controls what. If you fail to locate the correct switch, your deposit will be forfeited. Despite having written confirmation that deposit decisions would be made within 45 days of the event, it took over 60 days to hear back from them. There was no signage in the entryway to guide us to the stairs. I am only 60 and in good shape and the stairs were difficult. Once seated, we were disappointed to know that we were lined up in a row on plastic seats as opposed to placed at tables with five or six people. That would’ve been much more intimate. We were also disappointed in the fact that the Edgar Allan Poe stories were not Performed by a professional actor in a play like performance. Rather, it was vocally told to us by one individual spoken out. In fact it was only spoken by one person. That one person's words were not distinct enough to understand and follow. Also We got the impression that the waitresses were in fact waitresses and not performers. Which resulted in subpar performance we felt. Also The website advertising for the event showed 20 beautiful pictures of an old home that had been refurbished. I love old homes and I was looking very forward to seeing this but inside it was rundown, dilapidated and we saw o

Cannot rave about The Hause Venue enough. We had our wedding here and loved every minute of it. Guest after guest complimented on how much they loved the venue. There are not enough words to describe how much we appreciate everything Nikki to did for us and how awesome she is to work with. We would recommend this venue to anyone who appreciates its beauty and history.
