Gave the owner a broken chain that had 2 different pieces to weigh and check how much it was worth. He only gave back 1 piece and when I asked for the 2nd piece he didn't bother to check and started attending the next customer. I'm out a piece of the chain.

I went in here wanting to get a ring resize keep this in mind whoever charged me owner or worker doesn’t matter CHARGED ME $40 !!!! To resize a ring from a 13 to a 14 size !!! My husband tried on the ring again but it was still in the SAME place on his finger too small In which I went to another jeweler close by they measured it AND IT MEASURED A 13.5!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND while going in there to complain the owner or employee kept giving me a very hard time. I WANT MY FULL $40 refund
