Kat made me feel extremely better about my hair needs. She set out a plan to get me to my end goal & i was extremely impressed. Her timing was perfect, i didn’t feel rushed but was still in and out. Literally the best. I will be coming to her from now and recommending her to everyone!!!!!! My hair feels healthier just from one appointment! 💖✨

UPDATE: it has been a month and still no resolution or response to my email. Rocking the orange and dark brown hair with damage. The only solution should not be to go to a salon where I had a bad experience and “trust” that they will get it right this time. Long story short I had a consult and it went amazing. What I wanted was to keep my hair dark add dimension not caramel but a version of brown to break up my dark brown, blended not chunky, and money pieces to be the same color as tithe brown(NOT BRIGHTER OR RED) in addition with a cut. The appointment started and finished. My stylist expressed toner wasn’t taking to one area so said she was going to add toner on and just wipe it was a rag because that specific toner apparently wipes off easy. Shocker shocker it did not come off and was oily enough I ended up washing my hair. At the salon due to lighting my hair looked darker but with some dimension so I overall liked my hair and didn’t notice the difference. I paid and left. After g

I always have a wonderful experience with Kat! She is kind, attentive and incredibly talented with any hair challenge thrown her way! My loyalty to her as a stylist is unmatched and she has restored my hair to the healthiest it has probably ever been after years of over-processing. At my most recent visit, I was hoping to add some volume to the ends of my hair and she installed extensions that were a perfect match to my color, then cut my hair so they blended beautifully giving me the exact style and solution I was looking for. She listens carefully to my hair concerns and always recommends products that prove to be the ideal solution, and is also very personable. Every visit with her feels like spending time with a close friend, we always laugh and chat making the whole experience relaxing and restorative. I had such a great experience coming in for my consultation! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm and welcoming. The salon itself is decorated so cute, and I immediately felt comfortable. While I was waiting, I was even offered a drink, which was really nice. Kayla met with me right away with a smile and was ready to come up with a plan to refresh my hair. She took the time to really listen and gave me an idea that I am SO excited to try! I really trust her expertise she explained everything so clearly and made me feel confident about the direction we’re going. Overall, it was such a nice visit and consultation, and I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back this Saturday for my hair transformation!
