very polite people and attentive to the costumer help my wife find something she likes they took the time to help her and showed her all the different rings they had available in till she found one she loved i recommended them they were excellent. I'm very thankful to them for help and having the patience

Its been a couple days, but i wanted to say i had an amazing experience with this business. I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didn't fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to handle their jewelry.

The soldering is very bad; every time I send my rings to be soldered, they come back thinner and very sharp, as if they're removing little bits of gold. They do come well polished, though, even where shine isn't required; they polish them even if you don't ask for it.
