If I could give 0 stars on my experience today I would, the man in there says they won’t buy my silver half dollars says they are too new when they are 40 percent silver and was giving me an attitude. Wont do business with these con artists again. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Came here to change a watch battery and sell a bracelet and was immediately greeted with the utmost kindness! Chris was patient and welcoming and explained everything to me as someone with little knowledge about this area. They were kind enough to help me out with my battery since my bracelet sale didn’t turn out as hoped. Must come here for all your jewelry needs, the reviews are NOT an exaggeration. Doors are locked, you have to ring a door bell to be let in. I rang the door bell and THEY unlocked the door and I walked in. Two people immediately said “Hi” greeting me. I smile and said hi back, there was a small pause, so started to tell them I was looking for diamond earrings, and as soon as I started talking, a guy just interrupted me and said “we aren’t open” and I said, “oh, I’m sorry”, he repeated himself, “we aren’t open” I said “I thought online said you open-at 9, I’m sorry” he just kept repeating “we aren’t open” two more times, and then said “we open at 10l. He looked pissed off. They were so rude and I can tell they do not have anything customer skills. I was looking forward To buying something, I was kind, polite, and didn’t argue, wearing bright pink Christmas sweater. They let me in.. I was just as confused as them. Someone should have led that situation with simple “I’m so sorry we let you in too early, we will be happy to help you, can you come back in 20 minutes
