Update: The owner let me come in and fixed my hair! She was super nice and there was a huge difference. My experience at Hair Forum with Amber Weeks was extremely disappointing. The hair color I received was not what I asked for, and even though Amber promised me a refund, it still hasn’t been given. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning She didn’t cut my hair straight across as requested and I had blobs of different shades. She told me I could return for a fix with a full refund. I went in and my hair was dyed back to my original color. The ad said $100 but was charged $180 since “my hair needed more products”. She then says I’ll get a $80 refund then no response.

I showed up as a walk in. I was greated by Sydney, which happens to be the hair stylist I was referred to. She was pleasant, held a conversation, and cut my hair just the way I wanted it. I definitely recommend her.

My stylist, Sydnee, has really excelled at her passion for perfection cutting and styling hair. I showed her a pic 2 years ago, and 2 years later, she's still my stylist. I will follow her new career with Hair Forum, and look forward to one day her own Salon. Thanks again Sydnee!!!

I called the Hair Forum in desperate need of an appointment. I had a formal event coming up quick and my hair appointment (at a different salon) was canceled within a week of the event, so I was scrambling. I knew the last minute nature of my request and wasn't sure if they'd have any openings, but I called with a prayer and while I wasn't able to get an appointment with the Hair Forum, they went out of their way to look at stylist schedules, made calls, and were willing to work with me to at least try to get me in. Ultimately, I did not have my hair done by a stylist at the Hair Forum, but their genuine care for me and my situation, and the way they worked to make it work even a little, went a long way! If this is how they care for their clients, I will be calling them again for future appointments.
