Just phenomenal. First time driving thru Texas and found this gem. Kids loved the brisket mac. Make sure to get a Texas Twinkie on the side. They even had a cooler of free beer for Father’s Day weekend!

Just found this fantastic BBQ food truck by Red Barn Butchers! Awesome Que!! Moist Brisket was phenomenal! Pork Ribs, lots of spice and flavor! Sausage also full of spices and flavor! The Pork Belly Rice and Elote Sides were top notch!! Talked meat smoking with the Smokemaster!! Absolutely knows what he’s doing!! Give them a try!!

5/5 from Laurie Stewart

We ate this for lunch today. I got a plate with sausage, brisket, the elote, and the pork belly fried rice. The brisket was VERY good- great flavor, tenderness, and perfect fat. I'm a big sausage fan... should I rephrase that? Basically, that's good sausage. I get the fried rice as a side about every time, but I never skip the elote. They make it so damn good. I was blown away by how heavy our styrofoam containers were- they give you a lot of top-notch food for the money. I'm not used to getting food that good without having to travel down to Austin.

I’ve been a huge fan of Chef Kyle’s projects for a long time. The BBQ does not disappoint. I’m not sure that you can get better BBQ within a 90 minute drive. He seems to genuinely care about the food and it gets better all the time.

5/5 from Brad Rodgers

Absolutely amazing Brisket and ribs! The sides are really good as well but I'm all about the brisket and ribs! I like the moist type brisket and Kyle always has that available. Also the 2 types of BBQ sauce that he makes is great! He has a spicy one and a sweet one. Service always good as well.
