HONESTLY I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN. THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHE SO MISERABLE, If you’re not happy with yourself don’t project your negativity into others pls. God bless her. Also with the owner I have no problem. Very kind man. He just needs to speak to her.

If you enjoy awful customer service, you’ll love it here. I’ve visited this place 3 times in the last 5 years, and every single time I was met with horrible service and conflictive interaction by staff, especially by an older lady. It’s like they don’t want money or customers. Very odd.

Great watch repair shop. Mr. Nesrsta repaired two watch bands and replaced a battery in a third watch. Got it done the same day. Wonderful service and had fun shopping the wide selection of men's and women's watches. They also have some really cool glassware, jewelry,and other clocks. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend went in to get his wedding ring today and tell me why he came home telling me that this old lady that works there was saying “yall should not be getting married what so ever”. And “my son just went through this”. What does that have to do with me and my husband. It isn’t my fault your son can’t keep a marriage. This is so crazy to me. Won’t ever be coming back.

This place is an Alvin landmark. Very knowledgeable in house repairs and sizing. All my business for watch repairs to jewelry purchases and repairs go here and no where else. A great down home feel they keep every purchase personal and treat you like family. Thank you guys very much for your honesty and your loyalty to doing a great service for the Alvin community.
