I went in on Monday 4/6 to have my grandmother’s ring resized after she passed away at the beginning of the month. The owner told me that their turnaround time is about 4 weeks. When I explained that I would like to have it for her memorial at the end of the month, he assured me he would have it done in time for me to wear. Two days later 4/8, I get a call that it was ready for pick up. I was so shocked! He was so kind to me in such a devastating time and made sure to get the ring back to me as soon as possible. I am so grateful to him and his employees for taking care of this and being so understanding and kind in the process. They have very affordable pricing as well! I can’t recommend this business enough. They went above and beyond and the ring is perfect. They even had the ring polished and looking brand new. Take your jewelry here! You will not regret it!

Very disappointing experience. I stopped by just to get a few watch batteries replaced, but the customer service was terrible. No greeting or friendliness at all — it felt like they didn’t even want my business. The woman there just said, “Give me the watches and I’ll call you, I have people ahead of you,” with no price given and no receipt for the valuable watches I was leaving. When I asked for a receipt, she said, “We don’t even know if they work, but if you want to pay ahead, go ahead!” That’s unacceptable. There was no professionalism, no care, and no effort to make me feel comfortable trusting them with my items. Horrible experience — I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The highlight “I mentioned a goodie review “ she quoted “ THAT’S Fine go ahead ! I’m not scared” 😳

They are very rude to their customers. I took my wedding ring there to have the bands soldered together. It took them three weeks to do it, and when I went in to get it back, they had put it together wrong. When I asked when I could expect to get it back, the lady said, “When I call you,” in that tone only entitled people can use. They did fix it without an extra charge within 12 hours, but when I went in the next morning to pick up my ring, I was told that I was wearing it wrong—even though I’m wearing it the way it’s intended by the seller. I’ve given these people multiple chances over the years because I’ve heard so many great things about them, but they have not changed.
