Went in for a restone setting and was told that it wouldn't work with what i had. Honesty is customer service. He could have just done it taken my money and went on but he told me the truth that it wouldn't last very long and not a good idea.. appreciated it. If i need work ill go with honesty...

Did an excellent repair on my diamond Rolex!!!)Plus I thought the dogs were a cool touch! Mr. D was very polite and friendly to me as was his wife. Think most of critical comments are taking themselves too seriously.

For starters, I called to see if my repaired jewelry was ready since I had not received a call, and it was taking longer than I was told. I was informed that it was overlooked and had been ready for a little while. Also, I was quoted a price when I dropped my jewelry off and when I went to pick it up, I was told a price of around $50 more, I asked why more? He said that is what we agreed on, and I said no it wasn’t. I probably wouldn’t have had it repaired there if that was the case. When I dropped my jewelry off, the quote WAS NOT down in front of me, just verbally told to me, but he showed me the envelope the jewelry was placed in, and he had written on it a different price than he told me, and proceeded to tell me I was mistaken. I was also charged over $8 for using a card instead of cash. The jeweler did a good job, but is pretty arrogant. Won’t be recommending or using them again.

I had a ring designed. for my 25th Anniversary. I combined my husband's old wedding ring along with mine.It turned out soooo gorgeous, which everyone that has seen it agrees.. The attention to detail surpassed all expections. They are truly excellence personified!!
