I originally went in just to get a few ideas for a wedding band, but Lindsay was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer ALL of my (many!) questions. While I was there, I found the most beautiful antique ring (even though I wasn’t planning on buying anything). I couldn’t stop thinking about it, and when I went back and it was still there, it felt like it was meant to be. It’s a stunning pink sapphire ring with diamonds, and I absolutely love it. The purchase was SEAMLESS and sensible. They also made the process easy by helping me with all the documentation I needed for next steps. Overall, such a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something special!

From beginning to end, Bella Bijou went above and beyond in not only customer service but also the execution of a custom ring for my now Fiancée. They took care of everything we needed them to and I can now repay my thanks through this review. Without them we would’ve been stuck trying to find “The One” jewelry store that actually took us seriously. Jaime, Lindsay and the whole staff were unimaginably supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. They are what other jewelry stores fail to be. If you or anyone you know is looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind people to help get to that next step, these sets of hands are the way to go. Each and every step of creating the wedding ring of my dreams could have not been any more personal, intricate and beyond enjoyable. Their customer service from hand selecting my stunning and extremely unique champagne diamond ring is the second we've created with Jamie and his team. For anyone searching for the right jewler, look no further; Bellabijou goes above and beyond, caring and perfection in every piece they craft, restore or simply seek out for you! I had a beautiful sapphire bracelet given to me by my husband as a Mother’s Day gift. As I was looking for places in my area that fixed jewelry, I really wanted to give this place a chance. I was very happy with the great reviews they have. I went in for the bracelet adjustment, I needed a few links removed for it to fit me without it sliding off. I dropped off the bracelet on Wednesday, a few days after Mother’s Day. They told me it would take one week for it to be ready. I called back one week later & was told it was ready. As soon as I get home I inspect it noticing there is a chip on one of the sapphire stones. I am angry. It’s a brand new bracelet! I call the place and they tell me to come back. When I show up I get told “this happens” that’s not something I want to hear. They say they are able to replace the sapphire stone with another one which would take another couple of days. They call me telling me it’s ready, I inspect it and it’s ok. The sapphire stone is a different shade

My husband had a custom bracelet made for me here, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. They always have such unique and one-of-a-kind pieces that are so fun to browse. The people who work there are always welcoming, easy to talk to, and ready to help with anything. Whether you’re shopping for something new, fixing a favorite piece, or creating something custom, I can’t recommend them enough!
