Most awesome customer service of the year award, for me, goes to Wiese's Jewelry in Downtown Gainesville! 🏆 Purchased Christmas item (pictured) in 2023; 2 years later (this Christmas) it malfunctioned and took it back there for help/advice; they reached to the manufacturer who would do nothing (really?)... so the wonderful owners stepped up to the challenge and made it right, and charged me nothing for the time and effort! I truly love and appreciate local businesses here in Gainesville that will absolutely do whatever it takes to please their customers!! ❤️

I brought a gold chain in for a minor repair, repair was made quickly and was very reasonably priced. They also had some unique and high-quality gifts for sale as well. I'll definitely be back to shop when I have more free time.

Needed a watch band replaced on a daily wear Casio G- shock. Not an expensive watch but I like it. There was corrosion on the screws that held the band on from years of sweat and what not but they took the time to fix it up right. I couldn't be happier.
