I purchased a pair of earrings and arrived broken. It happens, but the way they handled replacement was very frustrating and unprofessional. For a couple of weeks, i was told “the artist is making a replacement”. Then, for another couple of weeks i was told they are looking to source replacement somewhere. This entire time, ZERO communication. Sent several emails asking for an update, just to be ignored. Had to contact them by phone/SMS to get any king of information. After a month of this, i was finally told they will just give me a refund … that came in the form of “points” (store credit). As if i’d ever buy anything from them again! Not once did anyone say “sorry”.

I bought a bracelet at the Cowboys Christmas booth at NFR, it broke. I made contact with someone and was told to mail back, they would repair and send back. I mailed the bracelet back and since have begged to get my repaired bracelet back and no one will contact me. I really just want my repaired bracelet back!

Selling the real deal here. I was shopping here as other shoppers came in and I listened to the owner talk and educate other customers. She knows her product. There are a lot of sellers in this product arena that don’t know their product and sell lesser value stones at the high quality price. She values her sources and the artists. I am a collector of sorts and I am confident buying her products. Great job and good luck on the store front!!!!
