Very appreciate of the EXCELLENT service I received yesterday in choosing chairs and linens for an upcoming bday party. It’s so affordable and really going to upgrade the event for the guests. DEFINITELY use this company for all your party needs!

I am so saddened that this company did not right their mistakes. We used them for tent and chairs at the Connections Shelter Grand Opening and they tore up our brand new basketball court. There were holes in the paint all the way to the concrete underneath and scratches all over the court. I explicitly asked them to be careful because it was new and the kids hadn't even moved in to use it yet. They had no regard for our property or requests - they dumped barrels of water on our turf (when explicitly asked not to), they smoked weed from a vape on our property, and left their equipment out in the open after set up. We called requesting that they make it right and they told us no. Do not use a company that takes advantage of a local non-profit that has worked so hard to make a nice space for the kids we serve.

Rented tables, 30 chairs, etc for my husband’s 80th birthday party held at a very nice event center. We unpacked the white chairs last minute after decorating, to find them filthy (bird poop/tree sap). We had to scrub them down at last minute, when I called Tom next day to make him aware, the only response I got was “OK”….no apology no thanks for letting me know! But that fit his tone through the whole rental process! First and last rental from him! When I first called to inquire he told me very sharply that he was only one working, you’ll have to call back or email, when I asked for his email his response was “it’s on our web page” and just hung up! I’m older and this is my first review but that’s how strong I feel that he was so unprofessional and rude!

Tom with Comal Rentals is the best!!!! He came through for us last minute when another company in town was unable to provide the documentation needed to get a permit through the city. He and his staff are always professional and prompt! Tom is our hero!

Very helpful with linen rentals for my daughter’s wedding. Received clear instructions at pick up on how and when to return the linens. Friendly helpful staff. Good prices. Linens looked very nice. Highly recommend.
