Ate here for lunch on a recommendation from a coworker while I was in town. Typical Texas BBQ joint atmosphere, quaint with a hint of BBQ smoke lingering in the air. The Food: WOW, absolutely amazing Texas style BBQ. I had the 2 meat plate, brisket and sausage with 2 sides, fries and beans. The portion size was Texas sized and this meal ended up being lunch and dinner. The brisket was Smokey and moist, the sausage had an excellent flavor with a good crisp on the skin. Fries are Fries, kinda hard to mess that up, and the beans were. The staff were friendly and smiling the entire time. They answered all of my questions and actually engaged us while we were there. I will definitely return here next time I am in town.

This food is amazing. I've honestly paid WAY more for a 3 meat combo and this place exceeded expectations. Ribs amazing, sausage phenomenal, but the best part of it was the brisket. And I couldn't stop myself from finishing all the potatoe salad. Great food, GREAT quantity, absolutely worth it. The guy working the counter seems humble and cool as hell. I came here on a whim and it is by far the best meal I've had while at Goodfellow.

I can't believe I live so close to this amazing place and have never tried it. It's phenomenal! I got the brisket sandwich plate (huge sandwich, potato salad and drink) for right under $13. I was so impressed with the quality and amount of food that I got. I can't wait to go back again!

Coming from St Louis, I don't mess around with bad BBQ! Loved it! Brisket was so tender, sausage was tasty without being too fatty, potato salad was top notch, and (the key for me) savory ranch style beans! I'm so tired of super sweet BBQ baked beans, these were way better! Peppers on the side give a nice kick too. Super friendly staff, just love it.

Had the three meat combo. The food was good. However, the brisket was on another level. Absolutely incredible. The perfect amount of fat rendered into the meat was gold. Cheers to a fantastic meal.👍
