Melissa was the one who did my hair I have been in Palesine for 3 years and have not had my hair done professionally here because I just was scared to go somewhere new. I was very happily surprised! She was great! She did exactly how I needed my hair cut and the color came out perfect. My hair had went thru a bad period they stress and had thinned out and started breaking off and I am so glad I went their! She was great!

When I called to see if there was any available appointments I explain that my kid had red hair and was wanting a 3 color high to low light ombre fade, they set my appointment for 10:45am i am almost 2 hours from them, we arrived early. The hair stylist who i had been scheduled with told me she did not have the colors in that was needed for the particular photo we showed her which were basic colors. So we showed her a second more simpler look, that consisted of the colors, brown,blond and red, she then told us she didn't have time to do her hair as we would run into her 2:00 appointment keep in mind its now 10:50am. So yeah wouldn't waist my time. But, would recommend (A LITTLE OFF THE TOP. )Totally saved me from a completely wasted trip and did a great replica of the original photo.
