We had a disappointing experience during our interaction. The staff member we dealt with was impolite and showed little to no sympathy for our situation, despite the fact that we had both the necessary funds and insurance. Rather than helping us through a stressful moment, she rushed us and seemed to judge our circumstances unfairly. We expected more understanding and professionalism, especially considering the circumstances we were dealing with.

Very unprofessional and bad Customer Service. Drove an hour a half to get our ATV-go kart serviced, and the mechanic said he did not know how to do any electrical work. He didn’t even take the time to find out if that is what was wrong with it. The work we needed was not even electrical. It was a fuel leak and we needed a battery checked. The manufacturer told us that Reno’s rentals was one of their service repair centers nearest to our home. So we called a day before to ensure before driving the hour up to them. And the Lady told us to bring it on in. So it’s sad that the mechanic said he did not how to work on it. Thanks for nothing.

Worse place to do business, they charged my card $500 plus without my consent. Telling me it’s for a tire the I messed up but nobody every even told me about the tire while I was turning it in. Additionally all the tire look fine when I turned it in. Won’t never do business with them again and will file charges for unauthorized use of my credit card!

Took a weedeater in to be fixed was going to be $65.00 but when I picked it up it was $96.00. I was pist. Let them know they didn't even call me with a quote that it would be more, just fixed it and charged me for it. They were very rude about it. I will not be going back. I feel they take advantage.of people.
