As our event has grown over the years, we outgrew their sister venue On The Levee and made the move to Astoria. It has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. This year marked another successful partnership, and the Astoria team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. From planning to execution, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly supportive. When we realized at the last minute that we had forgotten to print several important materials, their team graciously allowed us to use their printer, helping us avoid a major event-day headache. The venue itself elevates the entire experience. The elegance of the space, the professionalism of the staff, and the attention to detail make our fashion show look spectacular year after year. Such a beautiful and versatile space! I’ve played music for a luxury event here, and seen several other beautiful events. The lighting and sound are so well put together. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful and they cater to all types of parties and weddings. Love being in this space, truly transformable!

I booked this venue 14 months before my wedding day—when the floors weren’t finished, the walls weren’t up, and it was still very much a work in progress. Even then, I could see the potential. I had toured their sister venue, On The Levee (which is equally stunning), but our guest count was too large. That’s when the owners told me about their new space—twice the size! For months, I eagerly checked in with John and Michael until they finally let me see it, and I’m so glad they did. From that moment, I knew it was the perfect place. John Martin was truly a dream to work with—professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special. He is truly an angel sent from heaven. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and their team makes the planning process seamless. They offer so many in-house options and thoughtful details that make everything easier. This venue is a beautiful blank canvas with so much room for creative event design. It has ample parking, a large loading dock, and plenty of back of house spaces available. The AV team is top notch and provides affordable, quality AV upgrades. I was very happy with my experience here and love working with this team. They are professional, flexible with planning, and have a great list of vendors you can lean on for additional support. Highly recommend!

Although we have not yet had the opportunity to produce an event at Astoria Event Venue, we have attended several events there and have been extremely impressed every time. The space is beautiful, versatile, and exceptionally well maintained. From the moment guests arrive, it's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into creating an elevated event experience. As a company that works closely with their sister venue, On The Levee, we've always appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail of the team. Those same qualities are evident at Astoria. The venue offers a stunning blank canvas that can be transformed for a wide variety of events, and every event we've attended there has been executed seamlessly.
