Ordered flowers Saturday morning for same day delivery, gave them a phone number and address and nothing was delivered and nobody was contacted. It is now the end of day Monday and I called at 5:20 shortly after close having seen that still no delivery happened and they answered and just said good bye and hung up, twice.... Very unprofessional and will be doing a charge back if they did charge the card. If a call 20m after close is offending them, I think a charge and three day no delivery on a same day delivery is absolutely outrageous! Will be letting everyone know not to use this shop in the future. Flower Fantasy, where flowers are truly a fantasy and not a reality....

I like going to this flower shop! They have beautiful arrangements and a nice selection of decorations for any occasion. The flowers I bought for my wife here lasted about 2 weeks. They will also make a bouquet for you if you tell them what you want. If you don't want to spend any money don't come here because their flowers are BEAUTIFUL and I bet you won't be able to resist the temptation to take some to a friend or home with you.

So disappointed that their website took my order but the flowers were not delivered. I noticed my card had not been charged so I finally reached out. They informed me that they cannot take online orders despite the fact I successfully placed an order and received my receipt via email. I called in and the lady's response was, "Did you see that your card wasn't charged?" They don't have access to online orders nor can they call to inform customers their flowers will not be delivered.

The owner picked out and bought lots of merchandise from me, then she didn’t pay us for the merchandise. I’ve tried on many occasions to collect what she owes, but she avoids me and our secretary. If you plan on selling to them, try to get cash or run a credit card before you relinquish any goods.

Best place in Ft. Stockton. The arrangement for my Father n Laws Memorial was absolutely beautiful. They knew we wanted and were so kind and friendly. Definently recommend!!!!!
